- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time

- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability

3. Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on orders above ₹1299
- A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹1299

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available on selected orders
- Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or call for order confirmation before dispatch

5. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- You can track your order in real-time

6. Delivery Issues

- If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue

7. Incorrect Address

- Please ensure your shipping details are correct
- VAREK is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address provided by the customer

8. Damaged Packages

- If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and report it immediately
