• Free Shipping on all orders.

• ₹149 Cash on Delivery (COD) charge applies to all COD orders.

• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.

• Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

• We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery.

• Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.

• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable, even on orders with free shipping.

• If you receive a wrong or missing item, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

• Do not hand over the product without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation from our courier partner.

• Return & Exchange Charges:

– Exchange: ₹199

• If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product.

• We recommend using India Post Speed Post. Courier charges should not exceed ₹200.

• Do not accept the order if the package appears tampered with.

• All COD order refunds are issued as VAREK Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.

• Never share the delivery OTP until you have received your order.

• Due to the nature of the product, all perfume purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE

• ₹199 exchange fee applies to every exchange request.

• Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for return.

• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
